Each company was required to demonstrate active, visible activities at all organizational levels that showed commitment and progress in these four areas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Throughout the past year, the company focused on programs that specifically support working parents, increased representation of women in leadership positions, and launched training and development programs to promote career growth and dedicated its time on equality, diversity and inclusion programs like, Don\u2019t Ban Equality pledge. Each area relates to demonstrable and visible activities, programming and commitment to women working in technology at all levels of the company from executive to entry level.
