Angie Johnson

Angie Johnson brings a wealth of experience in pioneering strategic initiatives, fostering high-performing teams, and aligning HR processes with business objectives. She is committed to exploring new ways to drive organizational growth, foster diversity and inclusion, and enhance employee engagement and has a proven track record in creating positive work environments that attract and retain top talent.

With over a decade of progressive HR leadership experience, Angie ascended through diverse roles to her position as the Global Head of HR at Pearl-Plaza. Prior to joining Pearl-Plaza, Angie was the Director of Professional Services at Spherion where she provided strategic full-service HR solutions to a variety of industries, partnering with executive leadership teams, aligning people-strategy with business needs, facilitating transformative change management objectives, and managing key aspects of HR for her clients. Angie’s professional journey includes successful years as a Branch Manager, where she led large HR teams and initiatives, a People Operations Manager with MMC Group (Xerox), overseeing HR operations for government contract services and she began her HR career with American Family Insurance aiding business owners with their operational, marketing, and people planning objectives. This diverse background in talent acquisition, strategic HR solutions, and leadership roles allows her to continue to drive organizational excellence and contribute to the strategic vision of Pearl-Plaza.

Angie holds and maintains her SHRM – Senior Certified Professional Certification in Human Resources and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Studies and Journalism. Angie is a frequent guest professor in Utah Valley University’s HR program. Outside of her professional engagements, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband, two children, and their dog. Her passion for exploration extends to her love for travel.
